New pipe, Flavor of the Month

Good sound... a small question... it seems the can is quite close to the ground, how much clearance do you have?

Like the hitch setup, I have the bushtec, as you used to have, but I guess your need for the corbin bag was a neccessary change.

Your ryde is awsome... Just might change my fenders color...

From the bottom of the pipe at the back is 8". It will mount as high as you like but I had to make a extra bracket that dropped it down because of the hitch.

Lamonster has the bags and hitch combo which is not normal for 99% of the Spyders out there .

On a stock bike this system mounts as high as any other Micron, Yoshi, Motad or Two Bros system.

On a stock bike it is actually higher than the stock exhaust just like these other systems are.

Well Lamont one thing i'd really like to see is a pipe shootout like they do with ATV's.There must be at least 20 different pipes available now it would be interesting to see some numbers to show the HP and torque#.I'm sure some are just noise and others produce better performance.:chat:

So how many dyno charts have you seen on a stock Spyder to compare it to? :dontknow:

This is not a complete exhaust system so any free flowing slip-on is going to be within 1-2 hp of each other I would think.

Yea I guess the Spyder isnt very Dyno friendly with all the electronics to have to bypass somehow.:sour:
