• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New owner, first ride

Not to hijack my own thread, but I'm boycotting the movie. He's no longer a "Real American Hero." They dropped the tagline to make the movie more marketable overseas.

That does stink. As if the foreigners won't automatically connect the name GI Joe with American military anyways... :sour: :dontknow: :lecturef_smilie: :gaah:  :chill: :banghead:

Why not put out the "politically correct title" overseas only? I've seen other movies that have different titles depending on what country they are shown in.

my opinion it's better to get it with a few miles on it when we picked up my girls spyder it had 2.5 miles on it and it broke down on way home (coming to find out it was a 50 amp fuse that was blown dealer said it might have happened while putting it together) as far as rim we all have customized our spyders maybe a set of custom wheels or painted rims is in your future:D

You're not the first person to tell me that. In theory someone on a test drive is more likely to "ride it like you stole it" and help the piston rings wear quicker during the engine break-in period.

By the way, I rode to work about 15 miles on the Interstate. I was surprised to find how quickly it shot from 65 to 75 with just a small flick of the throttle.

I just rode to lunch. As I was waiting for the light to change, a local cop pulled up beside me and beeped his horn. In a purplexed tone, he asked...

Cop: I've never seen one of those before. Is that a motorcycle?
Me: Yes, sir.
Cop: Is it a crotch rocket?
Me: No, sir.

Luckily, the light went green and our conversation was cut short. :D

welcome

At a light today I had a guy state "that must be like a three wheeler"

Luckily the light turned green before I could count the wheels for him and say, "Yep, Here's your sign".
