I love the way the new motor shifts and the 6 speeds on the F3
Anyone know if there are plans to put this motor in the original standard Spyder?

Love my Spyder sitting upright. I ride it hard and it keeps performing.
Just want something upright like mine that has more power.
The F3 just seems to casual....IMHO

I have wondered why BRP doesn't boost the power of the 1330 with a turbo or other means. There are a lot of bikes of similar displacement that make a lot more hp. My guess is it could be a liability issue for them. I know it is good enough as it stands but.........:dontknow:
What if they boosted the output, and cut the service life of the engine by 30%? :dontknow:
Remember; GoldWings can run for 300,000 miles before needing to look at what's going on in the engine room...
"There is no substitute for cubic inches." I think the 1330 has plenty of HP and toque to spare as is.
What I'd be curious to find out is, how much performance would be lost if they de-tuned the engine a bit so it would run on regular grade gas. I hate paying extra $$ for premium.
