• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi all. I have been lurking here since Dec.29 when I purchased my new Spyder(2014 RTS). We currently own a 98 Goldwing(2 wheels) and a 95 Goldwing trike. I have set my new Spyder up very similar to the Wings-Baker built airwings, F4 windshield, driver backrest,Passenger armrests,Trunk rack, trailer hitch & isolated wiring, lighted bumpskid, foam grip covers,12V outlets & usb power port, dash mount GPS custom made by me,hi mount and third and fourth brake lights. I have picked up a lot of good ideas here-Thanks to all of the posters here. Donna(my wife) and I like to tour by bike on our vacations. We have covered 43 of the lower 48 states. The 98 Wing has 130K,95 Wing has 61K and the Spyder has 835 miles on them. Our first trip is in 2 weeks to the Smokies. I will try to post a few photo's.

Welcome Gldwinger from Central Washington. As a former Goldwinger myself you will enjoy the Spyder. I am still in the learning curve and tend to want to counter steer and put feet down when stopping.
