• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have visited this site previously but never registered. I just traded a 2012 RT-S on a 2016 Pearl White RT Limited. I am from Saskatchewan, Canada so needless to say no riding here for the next 4 or more months. It is -24C or -15F for you in the USA here this morning. On a more positive note while I sit here shivering the Spyder is basking in warmer weather at my buddies house in Mesquite, NV. My wife and I will be joining it in late Feb with the trailer in my signature for a 2 month reprieve from this cold. I only got to hug the new Spyder for 2 days before it flew south so I am patiently waiting for Feb 22 to arrive so I can be reunited with it and go for the first ride. :gaah: I already have farkles waiting for me in Mesquite and more to come. Happy New Year everyone.

Northern Mesquite

:congrats:and Welcome,

Well waaaaaay north of Mesquite---- Northern Nevada, we are getting buried as I type. Only a couple of inches of snow at the moment but much more to come according to the weather guessers.

Welcome, good to see another Spyder in our area. Yes we have the same temp here but a lot more snow east of you, looking at getting out the snowmobiles this week. You never know maybe meet up with you next summer.

Hey Kaos

I was surprised at the weather differences in Nevada. I was checking out the weather in Ely, NV before Xmas as we are planning on riding up there to check out the train museum, and it's snowing and cold there as well.

Welcome aboard!! :2thumbs:
How about some pictures of your bikes??? :D

Bob, I can post some of the old one but you will have to wait until March for the new one as it is 1500 miles away from me. It flew south so quick after I got it that I never even got any pictures of it. It's apparently smarter than me. Got away from the cold faster than me.

Sounds good Roger. Will try to hook up when we get back from down south. I also was an avid snowmobiles for 40 years. Have been going to West Yellowstone for 25 years and have rode all over Sask.
