• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New member from western New York.

Congrats on the new ride Fred. I'm about an hour from you and couldn't agree more on your comment. What dealer did you buy from, I think there are two out your way and I'm curious to know your thoughts so far on the dealer you went with.

Thanks. I purchased the Spyder from Bucks Motorsports in Akron NY. They were about 35 miles north west of where I live. There are 2 dealers closer to me but since I was trading in a Victory Cross Country and Bucks is also a Victory dealer they gave me the best trade in value. I like Bucks Motorsports . I have dealt with them for years and I think I get a fair deal with them.

:congrats: and welcome!

If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Do's and Don'ts. A must read for every new owner. It will make all the difference to a smooth transition.

I'll be putting together a ride to Niagara on the Lake in the spring. Hope to hook up with you then.

Thanks. I will definitely check out the Do's and Don'ts. I need all the advice I can get. Let me know when you do the Niagara On The Lake ride.

Awesome! What color did you get?

Pat

Pat,
I got a black . They had other colors but since the black one was the one I test rode and I felt everything was good with it I thought it would be a good idea to take that one.

:congrats: and welcome from Nevada!

You'll love your new ride.

So what did you ride before?
BTW:
READ the owners manual, lots of ?'s answered there.
Kaos

Thanks for the welcome. I have been reading the owners manual and making a cheat sheet for a quick reference
I traded in a Victory Cross Country which I had for 3 years. Before that I had a Triumph Speedmaster.

Here are a couple photos.
