• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Found this video on You tube showing a 2021 RT
If you look at the rear there appears to be extra lights set in the panniers
Wondered if this is an after market addition or if BRP are fitting them for other countries depending on their lighting regulations

My guess is that the video is showing a Chinese market version. The wiring schematic shows a Chinese market "Rear Fog Light". Also, note that the side case reflectors are amber. Red is required for the US market.

Those amber 'lights' will almost certainly be reflectors, & not necessarily lights at all. Apart from the obvious front/rear facing turn signal/indicators (cos pretty much every other part of the World requires them to be orange at both ends - no flashing red lights allowed! ;) ) any 'lights' coloured orange that you might see on a non-North American spec Spyder are likely to be reflectors.

Many other countries outside North America require those side facing reflectors, and rear facing reflectors plus reversing lights too; which is also why EU & Aus spec Spyders have always had those dirty great 'add-on' Licence Plate holders with a LARGE inbuilt Reversing Light plus those out-rigger style turn indicators & reflectors! Check out the wee dinky out-rigger reflectors that Martin the Vlogger removes from his latest Ryker builds if you want to see how silly things can get, juuust to satisfy the local regulations!
