This is my new frunk decal, when I did the carbon gt stripes on the frunk I decided to remove the BRP decal to make the job easier, once removed I didn't want to put it back, I wanted something of my own.
I remembered the first NZ spyder riders meet up I attended and the comment that the organiser made to Fred Rau who the meet up was all about "he speaks a different language to us" meaning my English accent compared to their Kiwi one. So when I decided to "personalise" my spyder I thought I would incorporate some Union Jacks and as my colour theme was black and white I searched for some black and white UJ's.
My son is in the plastic industry so he got me a 68mm circle laser cut out of black and white backed acrylic, then a 50mm circle was etched in the middle for the UJ to fit in, the letters were laser cut in to the depth of the white backing and then I applied some orange paint to the Y's to give it a bit of the authentic look.
