new dealer needed

i owe an apology to east tn as they were not wanting to tell me in order to protect the integrity of some of their suppliers that the y could not get parts after the supplier assuring them that they could, i am truly sorry.. it was not only one supplier it was several. that makes the supplier look bad not the supplier cause all that the people see is the parts on the bike and they get the recognition for the good looking parts. im sorry i call it just as it is the parts don't seem to gleam as much when you have to go thru this to get them

I have read that Honda of Winston Salem is supposedly voted best BRP dealer in the South east. Dont know how true that is. But the guys at that shop have been great to work with, and they seem to know what they are talking about.

as i find out the people that the dealer in east tn is getting their products from are lying to them causing them to look bad. why do people say that they can get the parts there when they cant. lamenter i feel that you may need to have some major discussion with the sponsors with this site cause they have cost my dealer to get a but chewing and now i will not order from those people again. from what i can see it is happening more often that not. if any suppliier reads this im sorry but if you cant produce the parts or ship when ordered please don't tell the lie it shipped today, cause people are depending on it and it makes the dealer look bad and people don't think to look farther just as i did today. i find its not my dealer thats holding my riding up its the supplier.

The strange thing is East Tn. ATV is on the list, and if I remember correctly that is who Lamont uses. You may want to send him a PM about it asking his thoughts. :dontknow:

Thanks for the update, as this makes a lot more sense now. Hopefully whoever your products were ordered from will hurry up and make things right. I wish you the best of luck with this situation, and hope it is resolved quickly.

yea i have learned its not them they were just trying to protect the supplier of the parts,
