Ner A Car motorcycle

I ve seen and heard of Lots of different makes of two wheeled powered vehicles..but never have I ever seen one like this! I really like the design!

I have a friend near here that owns a Ner-A-Car. They are quite unique.

Can't recall where, but I saw a "steampunk" motorcycle concept the other day, it looks to have borrowed a lot of its look from that vehicle.
