• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need some opinions.

Any info or opinions about the Superclamp Sypder?

I have a 6x 12 uhaul trailer and I would like to do some trailering.

First, check the width of the ramp on the trailer. I was going to trailer my STS when I brought it home. I had a 5' X 8' U-Haul, the opening was only 57". I checked the dimensions for the
6' X 12' and it's ramp opening was still less than 60". The width of my front wheels is 60 3/4 inches including the front fenders. 63 - 64 inches would be less stress to clear the sides
without dinking them. Yes, I rode it home, a nice 105 mile get acquainted ride.
Good luck.

I didn't have a choice; had no trailer or prime mover. My ride home from the dealer was a very pleasant 90+ miler, only my second ever ride on the Spyder and easy as pie on a well planned secondary road route. It was an excellent way to begin my Spyder relationship.

I have the Super Clamp system and love it. It's quick and easy to secure my Spyder and to remove it from my trailer.
