Need some opinions

I have the funds for 1 more mod and want to see which one is going to give most bang for the Buck. The choices have been narowed down to:

1) Elkas Shock
2) Ultimate or Corbin seat
3) HID headlights

I would appreciate some feedback as to which people have done and which would you do first

The choice between 1 and 2 is really based on what kind of
riding you are doing. If long rides then pamper your butt with the seat. The HID is a no brainer. I got the kit from AandR for around $160 for my RS and it makes all the difference in the world, especially in deer country.

One is comfort. One is handling. One is safety (if you ride at higher speeds at night).

How uncomfortable is your saddle?
How hard do you ride? (twisties)
How much night riding do you do?

So far I am happy with my stock shocks on the 2012, for me it would be a seat, probably Ultimate...
