Need some clarification on using Bluetooth Speakers & Headset for Phone Calls on my 2024+ RT

Manual stated to pair my Sena 50R and Android Pixel 9XL Pro to the Spyder via BT. I did, both show connected.
I can switch phone audio through menu settings (not while riding) between headset speakers and Spyder's speakers.

1. If I receive an incoming phone call while riding and listening to audio (Waze, Pandora, SiriusXM, Tidal, etc.) through Spyder's speakers, will there be an answer/acknowledgement query on the screen that I'd likely hit the OK button on the left-hand controls that will then cut audio from the Spyder's speakers and revert to the helmet until the call is completed? I cannot use the data cable because I don't have (or want) Apple.

2. Is there a quick way to change between the internal headset and Spyder's speakers like on the 2023 and earlier RT's? I believe there was a toggle switch like the heated seats button. Currently, I think I can only switch by stopping, going to Settings, Audio Preferences, and then on the screen, press to select Headset or Speakers. I don't think there's an easy shortcut.

In the manual, both questions are not answered! Anyone help?

I have a 2024 Spyder RT Sea2Sky and use a SENA 3S Plus headset in my helmet. It has the ability to Bluetooth pair with three different devices: two cell phones and a GPS device.

I went to the SENA website and found the User Guide for your 50R headset and it also supports being paired to two phones and a GPS device.
The pairing information starts in Section 4 on Page 19.

Section 4.1 is pairing phone 1 on page 19
Section 4.2 is pairing phone 2 on page 20
Section 4.4 is is GPS pairing on page 23

Use the "GPS" pairing information to pair your headset to your Spyder, and of course pair your phone as one of the phones.

Section 5 starting on page 24 is the information about using your phone with your headset.

So for phone calls keep the bike out of the picture, and let your headset communicate directly with the phone.

FWIW I always run headset for music and calls are no issue. I have not tried running audio in the bike speakers and then getting a phone call. I would imagine it would revert to headset for the call and mute the speakers. Easy to test it though. I have the phone and headset paired to the bike, for now. I may change that later but I like to have volume control with the buttons on the bike.

Okay, so I did an experiment with the Mrs. and had her call me while I was idling in the garage on the Spyder RT Limited.
Note* Original Audio preferences were set to Spyder's speakers for this experiment. I ignored Sena's instructions and followed Can-Am's.
Note2* The headset was NOT connected to the phone, only to the Spyder as per Can-Am instructions.

• Per Can-Am instructions (not Sena's) I paired the Sena 50R headset and the Android phone to the Spyder.
• I turned on the phone's Bluetooth and started-up the Spyder.
• My default screen was "Media" which shows the speedometer and tach on the left; on the right, Bluetooth audio title, play, pause, etc.
• The Spyder connected to the Sena 50R helmet-installed headset and my Pixel 9 Pro XL and displayed connections on the Media screen.
• I started-up Waze app on my phone and was playing Pandora through it, coming through the Spyder's speakers as expected, headset was quiet.
• Music was playing nicely, Rush's Force Ten and then the Mrs. called me.
• Music auto-paused and the screen showed, "Incoming Call" from "Becky" with a green Accept phone icon and a red Decline icon.
• Ringtone was coming through the headset only, not on the Spyder speakers at all.
• Pressing the OK button on the left handlebar cluster accepted the call.
• Music was still auto-muted and auto-paused. Ringtone was still coming through my headset and I pressed OK and it answered.
• I could talk to her through the headset no problem.
• She hung-up and the audio auto-switched back to the Spyder's speakers and the music resumed.
