• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need help with RS Wind Deflector Kit

Need some help & hope a fellow :spyder2: owner can help. I recently purchased a used Wind Deflector kit for my RSS, but the previous owner did not have the deflector covers that hide the view of the bracket assembly. It looks like the pieces can easily be fabricated with a piece of flexible smoked plexiglass. It appears to be flat... I was hoping someone out there with the same kit, could trace the piece onto a piece of 8x11 or 8x14 paper, along with the screw holes, Scan it as .pdf & PM it to me. That way the dimensions would be the same as the original when I print it. I know it's a lot to ask, but hopefully someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance... Oh.... Here's a pic of the piece(s) I need traced.

:) That's not my kit. That's just an image I found on the forum. I included it to show what I was missing/needing.

Info e-mailed to op. If anyone else needs it, just ask.

:2thumbs: Got it.. All this time, the damn thing was sitting in my Junk Mail... Thanks Again...

Off to the plexiglass store first thing in the AM... I asked some questions via PM, but I'll ask them here as well. Are those pieces perfectly flat? Also, does the piece flex when you tighten the screws? Trying to figure out which thickness of plexi I should use. Is it pretty much the same thickness as the main deflectors?

Thanks again.

I think they are the same thickness as the rest, I have the same kit, although I don't use them now as I have Baker Wings on my RS.
