• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need Help with install. The app is not responding, or I simply don't know what I am doing...

Question. Are you using Fobo 1 or 2? If ver 1 you won't be able to get it to work I'm afraid...

I was happily using my Fobo 1 system without issue until they (FOBO) stopped "supporting" the app. At first no problems then it started having issues then just stopped working altogether! Couldn't get the sensors to read after changing the batteries etc and had to buy the new version.... POOP!!

I have FOBO 1's on my spyder and FOBO 2's on my trailer and they all work on the same app.

Your claim that Ver 1 won’t work is incorrect, Hyperone…….

I still run version 1 readers with the latest version of the FOBO app with zero issues. I’m not sure what your particular issue is, but Ver 1 readers are indeed still working (as supported by 2Dogs comment)…..and there is no charge for the latest FOBO app that also supports Ver 2 readers.

Did you remove the paper tab from all of the fobo's?

If so, unscrew them and remove the batteries and start over. Only install the battery for the one that you are installing.
Once that fobo shows in the app, then move to the next one. Do this one at a time until they all are installed.

These are not that hard to install and set up.
I would bet a 10 year old kid that can manage a cell phone could handle this.

Did you get them new or used? If new was it a new unopened package they came out of or a return? The reason I ask is if they have ever been setup by someone they have to be released by that someone using the app. Otherwise they are just a pretty valve cap for the next person that tries to use them.

Weeeell, I contacted their support and they flat out told me it was no longer supported and it would eventually stop working altogether. And, the app itself slowly graduated from just a "nag" about it, to no longer even doing the most simple tasks. Like changing a pressure setting etc.... Soooo draw from that what you will...

Since the old model is still working in real life, I can only draw from that that the support staff either didn’t know his/her product, or didn’t want to go to the trouble of problem solving your particular issue, Hypurone……..much easier to say it is not supported so FOBO could make a sale of a new series 2. ;)

thank you guys my 10 year old daughter got the app to work and completed the setup...again thank you.

Ah, ha ha! One more good reason (of many) to have a 10 year old daughter around. Now, if you can only convince here to air up that rear tire you'll have it made in the shade. LOL
