• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey guys new member here. I bought my Mother a 2014 Spyder ST a few months ago. I was led to believe that the model I was purchasing had audio in it.. I guess that was my bad for not checking. After the salesman was fired I decided that I still wanted to take delivery of the bike becuase it was just what she wanted (minus a stereo). My question is besides the can am stereo kit are there any other options out there for audio on the can-ams? She would be fine with just blue tooth or accesory connections dont "have" to have am/fm..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Ram mount and X-Grip from Amazon to hold my cell phone and installed a 12 volt cigarette lighter receptacle in the left unused speaker grill to charge my phone. I just listen to music/GPS/streaming radio/phone calls on my helmet bluetooth. Granted the audio quality could be better, my helmet (Nolan N90 with B1 bluetooth) doesn't provide much bass, but I suspect its not that great with the factory stereo either. The speakers aren't very big and they have to fight wind noise and through most helmets to get to your ears. I am not sure there is a way to get good sound without putting out a ton of cash for custom work like in the videos below.

this is what i used on the 2010 rs i had and it worked good, and only coast 85 dollars.shark system .:thumbup:i also used it on my harley and a smaller one on my scooter there both shark.:chat:

ST AUDIO

I have an ST-S that does not have radio either. I mounted a ram mount between handlebars to hold my iPhone and ran a d/c charge cord to the battery terminals on the left side under the frunk to keep the phone charged. I have music on my phone + iHeart radio which is a free app. I listen to music thru my SENA bluetooth headset in my helmet. Speakers are very good. So who needs a radio anyway when you can get music from a smartphone with bluetooth???

Hi there, do you know what the ram mount model # is? And I'm guessing you mounted it on one of the 4 bolts on the handlebars, if so which one?

thank you sir,
