• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I got everything hooked up and the bike is running great, but 10-15 seconds after start up, the check engine light comes on. Any ideas?

Double check all connections-- especially intectors. Also make sure you didin't knock a hose off-- and that you have the ground hooked up and proper connection to the TPS.....

I installed the PCV and O2 modifier, ran the bike and did not have a check engine message. After installing the auto tune, the message came up. All the connections look good and the bike runs great, so I guess I will take it to my dealer and let him figure it out.

One other thing puzzled me. The O2 modifier had 2 connections on it. One, of course, plugged into my connection, the other I have no idea. I assume it is pigtailed for a different connection on a different bike?

Ah, I think it is the connection for the stock O2 sensor if not using an autotune.

The o2 modifier that comes with the PCV is a y connector type--- one side plugs into the original o2 sensor and the other where the o2 sensor used to plug in. You MUST have the original o2 sensor installed in the y pipe and plugged in that way. The auto tune sensor requires its own bung on the y pipe--- usually right next to the original o2 sensor.

Well that's confusing. The auto tune directions say:
"many aftermarket exhausts come with an O2 sensor. If your system comes with an M18x1.5mm thread then you can simply use this location for the auto tune sensor".

The instructions don't say to leave or remove the stock O2 sensor.

On the plus side, you have this unit installed, so I know your way is the right way. Fixing this should take care of my O2 sensor fault the BUDS says I have. Thanks for the help!

Finally! Everything is connected and operating right. Once I connected the stock O2 sensor, the check engine light went away. I have only been for one ride, so the autotune has made a few changes, but I will get it dialed in soon. I am starting with the stock map, so it may take a few trim changes to get it right. Already the throttle response is better and all the backfiring has stopped. So far, I have only been able to get the throttle% down to 33% at idle, but I'm done for this weekend.

Firefly, thanks for your help!
