• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

driver foot pegs! please someone tell me the secret to getting these damn things off the bike! As I bleed here at the computer I am cursing the entire canadian part of north america. the first screw on the bottom part of the peg broke off half way through and the big through bolt is almost welded to the nut, and who thought it was such a good idea to have two different nut, bolt sizes? I'm glad I remembered that the bike is kind of expensive because I was was really ready to take the BFH to the thing and pound away.... so in short please help I need to get the foot pegs off and I may need a transfusion soon.:banghead:

Left side done

I'm removing the pegs to make room for the VTC boards that came in last week, I got the left side off with determination and 14 drums of elbow grease. I also finally found out what it feels like to snap a wrench when you have the maximum pressure on it, I really have to say that it is highly over rated and I do not suggest trying it. I do have an impact driver but it doesn't do the job on these bolts. I expect the right side to be worse then the left since there is less room and the brakes are in the way.

Some gal, that was really, really mad, on the assembly line, worked on the left side. :roflblack:

These projects will make you go ":gaah:" enough that you have to start laughing at it or you'll go insane...
Good luck with the rest of it!
