Need Flag Holder Advice for RTS

Hi all,
I'm looking for a single flag holder that mounts directly in the center on the back. I have seen the licence plate mount but prefer "back centered"

Wish List:
Capable of holding a 11" x 16" flag.
Simple install without a rack of some sort, "I would like a clean stock look."
Able to adjust the rake angle to match the bike lines.
Able to fold it down to get my bike cover on.

Get ahold of SpyderGirl. She has a big flag mount she uses with Warriors Watch. I know she has pictures on her FB page, maybe here too.
