A grand jury has determined that Tony Stewart was not responsible for the death of Kevin Ward.

Toxicology reports indicated that Kevin Ward was using marijuana prior to the incident.

folks up tughill (port leydon) way had nothing but praises for the kid. sorry for the parents no matter what his condition was, but there is no place in racing for this. guess we have to go with the toxicology reports!! it's a shame, no matter what!
