• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was hoping Junior would. Gotta hand it to JJ, he played it safe. That was a weird fire on Paul Menard's' car.

You know some people say NASCAR is not a sport but the drivers have to work out you never see a fat one. It takes a lot of muscle and endurance to drive one of those cars for 4 hrs (see Danica :shocked: ) JJ has a strict work out regimen . Congrats to him for pulling it off. I wonder how many more him and Chad have up their sleeves. Anyway 2013...put a fork in it like a Thanksgiving turkey. Sure wish Jr. would have won the race he has been very consistent this year usually in the top 5 unlike last year in the top 15. He did not win 1 race but made lotsa $$ and finished 5th in the chase. Go Jr. and get 'em next year( can you tell who I root for?;))

Ummm... :shocked: Ricky Stenhouse? :roflblack:
The entire "Are those jokers really athletes?" question seems a bit silly...
If you think it's easy; just go do it!
Until then; keep your trap shut! :2thumbs:
It takes a toughness that most of us can only wish for...

Well, you folks kind of said it all for this season. Not much more I can add other than it was a very interesting race yesterday. I was also hoping that Jr. would pull it off and win one. JJ finished where akspyderlady wanted. That fire on the rear tire was also something.

And then there is Mark Martin what a guy being competitive at his age. It will be sad to see his smiling face go from NASCAR. Hope he gets broadcasting job :thumbup:

Mark Martin is the GREATEST uncrowned champion, that NASCAR ever has had! :2thumbs:
:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown: :firstplace:

With the weight of a fuel dump can at 94lbs. and tires at 60lbs. plus the speed, hand eye coordination...

When I covered for one of our reps while he was out on sick time, I had the opportunity to see a pit crew workout, it's very intense. He had several teams as customers. I wanted to change areas with him but I lived too far away. Gotta say, the security at those garages is pretty tight too.
