• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NADA showing the average Selling price of the F3 SE6 at $18,400 and The SM6 I'm interested in at $17,100?
Now List is $20,999/SE6 and $19,499/SM5.

I wonder how true it is??????

Since I'm Trading a Loaded GS/SE5 2009 which will be easier to sell Now than in Late September I'm going to try and see what kind of deal they will make?

Once I test drove the F3 My mind just keeps saying "Buy It!!!" nojoke

Those books are fun to read... just as any fiction book should be! nojoke
Forget taking what they think with a grain of salt; you'll need the entire shaker!
Try and make your best deal; I hope that it works for you!

(The dealer will tell you that they don't use NADA anyway...)

Prices.....

NADA and Blue Book are reference guides better suited for resale (used). Your looking for the best deal you have to call all over to find it. We have people flying out of state to get one but have a whale of a time ryding home...:2thumbs:. All dealers have wiggle room and catches, good luck and happy hunting..

The various "blue books" NADA, Kelly, etc. give "ballpark" information and nothing more. If you use your computer you can get "local" variations by plugging in the zip code.

Add in farkles and you get additional variations. It does pay to know what the ballpark is so that you are on even terms with the dealer.

Then there are the games and catches. Dealers can make money on trade offered, extended warranties, financing, add on prices (freight, set up), farkles, charging for install or not, etc. etc. etc. Buying any new vehicle is not for the feint of heart.

Checking with more than one dealer and more than one bank is now on my list when I go through the process.

What counts in the end--IMO--is bottom line cash difference, and a good servicing dealer (unless your very good mechanically).
