• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone heading to Myrtle Beach for bike week? We bought our Spyder in May. I had never even sat on a motorcycle until then. Anyway, we may head over to Red Line on 501 sometime during that week
.

We'll be there!

4 of us (on 2 Spyders) heading up,that way on Saturday the 26th. Meeting a group from the Erwin,TN area on Sunday and staying through Wednesday. Should have at least 5 or 6 Spyders and a group of Harley's with us. Look for the Florida state flags:)

The wife and I will be leaving on Sept 27 to spend the week. We have a Lava Bronze RT.
We would have been there on Sept 26, but have committed to the Alzheimer's Ride in Pinehurst, NC that day.

Haven't made it down to Red Line yet. Weather is too rainy and we don't have rain gear yet or experience riding in rain. Keep your fingers crossed that we make it down there.

If it's not too stupid raining we will be there for the day Saturday. Start at Dead Dog saloon for lunch - good place - then go to Beaver Bar then end up at Suck Bang Blow. There's a guy at SBB, Doug, who's really good at airbrushing.

Well we never made it down to MB due to the rain. We got a lot, but our house stayed dry. Our daughter and family who live just south of us - in South Carolina
got 6" of water in her apartment and some in her car. The engine stayed dry. We rescued them and brought them up here. We joked that our house was our castle, complete with moat. LOL. We are all dried out now, able to drive around. Hubby took the Spyder down to the stores today, so no problems.
