Quick question...

I've seen where many of you have used hi-temp RTV at the slip joint to ensure a tight seal.

Is that really needed and how much did you slather on there?

If my feeble mind serves me well, I recall the pipes coming with the goop needed for the joint. I just slapped some on the male end, slid the pipes on and ratcheted them down. No leaks. The fit/seal is really good with the pipes.

Two Bro Pipe comes with a small tube and I used the whole tube.Have not had a leak yet. :thumbup:
