my trip to the dealer today

today i went to the dealer to explain what i am doing with all the complaints with the heat. one of the things i told BRP was that getting parts was almost impossible to do. they assured me they would get the parts to the dealer for the recall and as of today still no parts, he said he would have them next week. he also said he has not sold many rt's and doesn't know much about the heat problems. only what he reads on forums.

Maybe it is time to explore other dealer options?

in a way i do understand the dealers problem. he can only do what BRP tells him to do if he wants to get paid, the parts are on order and i have seen the order sheets so that is BRP again. and the issues with the bike is not his fault, but the prices he charges for work are way to high so for that i will find other dealers for work out of warranty to be done

But it also appears that he's exactly searching for options and anwers to the problem...
I hate to sing the song; but it's time to start looking...
