• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally got my paint job done to match my helmet that I had done last year. Some of you may remember it.

I had my Spyder painted with a theme that would be close to the design on my helmet and here are the results. I gave Painter Dan my general idea of what I wanted and he took off with it and I must say he did an AWESOME job!! :2thumbs: Pictures really do not do this paint job any justice, it's a must see. There are so many little details hidden in the paint job.

Dan, thanks again for such a great job on my Spyder :firstplace: Whomever wins the grand prize from the passport run at Spyderfest would really be in for a treat. Only one thing that is bumming me out and that is that it is so darn cold out and I can't ride my Spyder to really enjoy the new look of it. Oh well, staring at it in the garage will have to do for now :roflblack:

:agree:Dan does good work!:2thumbs:

I looked at his portfolio one day while at CowTown and realized he did good work, but man after seeing what he did to my Spyder I realized he does awesome work! Pictures really do not do his artwork justice.

Thanks all and yes jimclarkf1, shows are in the plans :D

A superb job and I'm sure your very proud of Dan. He must have had hours and hours into it due to the details. Did he take any pictures thru the whole process? Make sure you allow him to display some of the:firstplace: trophies your going to be winning this summer.:congrats::clap:

Thank you Joe. Your too kind. :doorag: I'm glad you like it as much as I do.:firstplace: I had about 70 to 80 hours of airbrush time in this.:spyder2:

That is more than a paint job, it's a rolling work of art! It will be a show stopper for sure. :firstplace::firstplace::firstplace:

Painter Dan, that is just an awesome job. It re enforces my desire to win the paint job in Cuba. The idea in my head is so clear and I have compete confidence in your ability to translate it to my spyder. Now I just have to win...:ohyea::2thumbs:

I should be the one thanking you Dan. I am just giving credit where credit is due and you Sir, deserve all of it and then some

For everyone that is attending Spyderfest, I can only commit to Wed. (pre-registration day) and Thu. but my Spyder will be there throughout the whole event displayed at Painter Dan's booth. I am sure he would love for everyone to check it out. I know I would if I churned out work like that! :D
