My phone needs a home!

I don't want the Garmin set up. I want a mount that uses the existing bolts in the center of the handbars. Something that mounts there that can hold my phone. I saw a youtube video at dealership where someone used a combination of 2 things a Kewl and a Ram product together. I'm really in need of something cause I need my phone's navigator. I got lost today and hated it.

You wouldn't really need the Kewlmetal part if you are utilizing a RAM mount. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?17876-Simple-RAM-Mount-for-the-RT

Question: Since I have neither a GPS or a smartphone... Does the smaller screensize on the phones make using the GPS functions more difficult?
(I basically got to Springfield back in April by following taillights...pps: nojoke)

I was looking at the X Grip by Ram, but I'd need to mount a ball receiver to the kewlmetal mounting bracket that is attached to the two lower bolts of the handlebars. I see the items you linked above (thank you) I see two balls... no puns.... one on the X Grip and one on the mount... where is the receiver for the ball?
