• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi guys, just wanted to share pics of the two wheeler I got me this afternoon.
A very, very clean 2004 BMW 2100 CL with only 3,946 original miles for half the price of the Kawa Concours I had in mind.
My Spyder has company now in my very crowded garage 😄

Very Impressive.... I thought you were kidding about adding a 2-wheeler to your collection! :ohyea:

So does that mean your wife will be riding the RS ?

Very nice, nothing like the older BMWs. Great mileage too. Let the envy begin..on so many levels.

CHROMEHEADS TOO

Congrats! the C's are such cool rides never understood why they quit making em. check out chromeheads.org! not near as cool as spyderlovers, but a great resource for all things 1200C! :2thumbs:

That's considered an "older" BMW? bmw1.jpg
I guess to me; "older" means that you need to tinker with the valves so that it doesn't puke something out from the use of unleaded gas! :roflblack:
But that sure is one sweet bike anyway!!

:agree:

That was my first BMW. It was a very comfortable bike on the highway - great at gobbling up the miles. And lots of storage space. It's the only BMW I've owned that I didn't feel needed an after-market saddle. Enjoy!
