....on getting your new 14' :spyder2:, I'm really green with envy, for you guys are getting the 14's, while I'm stuck with the 13's...

I had a 13, sold it and buying a 14, i would think you have the same option.

if you go to the site i posted look at part # 900 a it is the power actuator for the frunk release

Folks- thanks for the comments and support, i am doing some serious riding thursday with Doc- Videeo will be posted, now regarding the frunk switch, let me say this like a 4th grader…………..the ONLY thing you need is the SWITCH, everything is installed, , BRP decided to charge 100 smackers for the switch SO………. when you get you 14ts if you want to the frank to open via a switch, just get the switch, no PHD needed on this one, manual (2014 RTS Accessories) page 31

Not if you are coming from where I am..... I will have to take a very serious hit on the selling price on my 13 even if there is a buyer for it... and I will have to wait until maybe 2016 for the 14 to arrived here, and only if our transport department allows it to be imported, because they consider 460 kg too heavy to be classified as a bike...

You see....the total :spyder2: population in our country, since 2008, is only about 20 units, of which about 5 units is the RTs, including mine.... the take up rate for the :spyder2:s is too low for the dealer to go through the hassle of bringing in a new model and getting it approved by the relevant authorities.... that is why I have reason to be sad... maybe I can migrate to your fine country...

I had the utopia backrest on my first two Spyders but got the brp on my new 2014. I feel it was worth the extra money to any serious Ryder..

I am waiting for my new one too.., seems CA has to wait longer ! Can you tell me if you still have to apply the brake to be able to get in 1st with the paddle shifter? Push the 2 buttons in a certain order to get into reverse? These were the 2 things I had problems when I had a pre production for a weekend.. It was a LTD.
