• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My Initial Impressions of The 2018

Bob,

:congrats: waiting to hear the ride reports. As soon as the snow disappears, and the roads are clear of salt, brine.

We want to see the pictures of the your new 2018 :spyder2: in your driveway.

I think that "The Dashboard" should have been painted "GOLD" to match the other accents. Just a pop of color in that area.

I am kind a partial to the painted dashboard. Look at my "Threads started or any of my posts!

I grabbed this image right out of the video...

While you're looking at it: notice the two extra speakers up front!

And to let everyone hear the answer (with an explanation...)
The new system sounds much crisper, and can take a whole lot more volume; before starting to sound distorted.
The addition of those two extra speakers (Just about where the old analg gauges used to sit) really make a huge difference.
(The other four speakers are still in the same place as ever!)
Not only can you adjust the front to rear fade: you can also tinker around with the left to right balance! :D

Bob, I think BRP wised up and got better speakers .... I heard " Hot Glues " F-3 speakers and they were very close to mine in sound volume and quality ..... definitely NOT the ones that were in the 14 - 17 RT ..... So I 'm sure yours now has the F-3 speakers :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:......... Mike :bbq:

Damn Bob, you've got a Great choice in Farkles AND a dealer to install it all. (I bet you give them a Christmas bonus or something....)
