• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Had this 2021 RTL since June and decided to attend the "Husker rally" in Franklin Nebraska that I had previously been going to on my BMW's. Nebraska roads are really dippy and poorly maintained which made me decide to upgrade the shocks--at least the front for now and get the bug screen inserts. Other than that, I am getting more comfortable with it and look forward to several more trips in the cooler fall weather.
600 miles each way and I felt less fatigued than before on 2 wheels, so it's a keeper! It tracks straight, cruise works very well and I set up an insulated thermos on the right passenger peg with a long neoprene hose and bite valve to stay hydrated in the 104 temp around Kansas city. Fuel mileage was around 33 between 65 to 70--but closer to 40 at lower speeds. I can live with that. Plugged in my i-pod and was able to hear the tunes fairly well on the speakers wearing earplugs as I don't have a bluetooth helmet yet.

:congrats::riding::riding: always good to hear positive ride reports (even with poor roads:roflblack:) :firstplace:

You're tougher than I am. When its anywhere close to 104, or 94 for that matter, the Spyder sleeps in the garage and an air conditioned car rolls out for my trip.
