I say sort of, because she works for a company. She is head of research and development for a cookie co.. She has done many projects for them, including implementing the cupcake of the week. As well as some other things. Her latest was to develope a gingerbread cookie house kit. They loved it. Oprah Winfrey's magazine, "O", did a piece on it for the December magazine. There will be a picture of her creation. Butt, she says the president of the co. will get all the ink. She works for Eleni's Cookie Company. I am very proud of her. She has put her culinary degree to good use. You can tell I am a very proud father. :ani29: Tom :trike:
