• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The last two fill-ups, have shown what warm temperatures can do for us:
June 9th: 209.7 miles, and 5.150 gallons: 4.07 mpg
Today: 214.8 miles, and 4.972 gallons: 43.2 mpg!
The temperatures have been in the mid-eighties, and it's all open roads and four-lanes!:yes::yes:
(Taking my time on them: sub-speed limit velocities! :D)

Bob
change the decimal point for June 9th it is in the wrong place
and with your logic the folks in Arizona must be getting 100 mpg
It is 110 to 120 digress there this time of year :yikes::yikes:

Good to know...

Gives me something to tell the folks at the pump...I now just ryde till the little red light comes on , find a gas station , fill her up and keep on ryding. So now we can add heat into the mix..:yikes: more variables.....

My 2014 1330 always gives me around 40 mpg with each fill up. The mileage is what it is and I don't sweat the small stuff.

2012 rts, filled up til it shut off here in ladson sc. rode to Columbia sc for vittles at quaker steak and lube yesterday. filled up til it shut off. checked the mileage on my corkulator and it said just a fuzz under 35mpg. this was 2 up. 97 miles and took 2.7 gal to fil up. sounds unusual, but I've been getting these kind of results since moving down here with no hills, no turns. was in the high 80's here yesterday.
