I have a friend who has sheep and, now, 2 donkeys who have kept cyotes at bay and totally away from the sheep. The one she used to have passed away at the age of 30 something. They are GREAT watch dogs!!!! Either the donkey or the mule make really good pets and can ride them too. But watching them "Protect" is something else again!!! Great pics.

the Mules they use to protect cattle of all sorts are called, Jenny's, mean and stubborn but will protect your cattle from predators.
