• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

muffler help

No Magic Neon carries multiple options for the Spyder. I bought my Micron from them. They are a first rate operation. Evan and crew are great to deal with.

:agree: checkout Magic Man's website. He helped me out when I bought my Micron. Class act and they're carrying a good selection of mufflers.

Totally agree NMN are the people to go to. Saving a few bucks here and there do not make things any easier. They are a great help and very knowledgeable about the Spydees its mechanical and electronic gear.

I'm a big fan of my Leo Vince. It sounds great with the DB killer, but it can be louder with it removed. It all depends on your taste.

Same question but with a twist

I am very close to buying my spyder and one of the first mods that I will make is the muffler. So my question to all of you with experince trying and hearing different muffler set ups... which one you recommend for my style and taste?

I want a muffler that has a deep throaty rumble but is not loud. Don't want to pi** off the neighbors and don't want to listen to serveral hudred miles of roar. To give you an idea, I want something has that Mustang GT rumble of power sound but is not totally annoying as you drive down the highway.

I have listened to all of Lamonster's great videos but without actually being there it is still hard to know how accurate the videos carry thru. How about it Lamonster... what would think would be my best choice?

You guys are great and I look forward to your suggestions!

Love my micron pipe :2thumbs: It gets people's attention and has a nice deep sound along with enhancing the throttle response:thumbup:

The Motad system Annitore sells cmes with our Street Magic 90 degree elbow and sounds very close to a Micron. It also has a removable baffle that helps cut down the sound a bit in case you want a more subdued sound.

It is one of the 4 types of systems we sell for the Spyder, and a good choice indeed. :2thumbs:

The $399 price you got if from ebay for it is a bit high, but overall not too bad for this system.
