• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

MT. DORA CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

Thanks Forrest for the pics, Carol and I just got back from Mt. Dora tonight. Sorry we missed the ride yesterday but we had to do our Christmas with the grand babies.

Cindy & I had a great time as well. We met new friends and renewed old friendships. John, I'm sorry that You and Carol were not able to make it. That was my fault.

The weather was "chamber of commerce gorgeous". The food was what I would say okay. I cautioned everyone in the beginning that it was a "sports bar" cuisine. At least it wasn't pizzer (said like Teddy Kennedy). I think most everyone enjoyed what they got though.

Mt. Dora is where I was born and raised. It was good to see the sights again. One of the things Cindy & I enjoyed the most was the ride back home to Sanford. It was one of those nights where the sky was pitch black with no clouds. It was as though you could look up and you were staring at an endless pit of black dotted with millions and miillions of stars. It was truly beautiful to see the stars twinkling in the darkness of the night. We got an added bonus of seeing a "shooting star" as we approached Sanford. I haven't seen a shooting star in years and years. It reminded me ot the times when I was a kid laying in the grass looking up to see the same.

The lights were beautiful. I'm going to post a few pics of our time together. Hope you enjoy.
