• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Nice bikes! How do you like the Rocket? I used to have a Valkyrie and thought that was a big bike until I saw the Triumph! How does it handle with that big motor?

:congrats: on the sale. I hope.

I came very close to buying a fire engine red, rocket three. I was good until the dealer said to get on and start it up. When I blipped the throttle, the torque made the bike lean over to one side. I said okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, I think I will pass on that one. :roflblack:

The Rocket is well.....unreal for acceleration. The bike does have some torque twist at a stop but moving there's nothing.
For a big bike the handling is very good, the Victory is better handling but the Rocket is all around more fun.

Variety is for sure the spice of life!!

I ended up going for a Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 instead. Don't know why, but I just wanted to have big. The only bike I owned that intimidated me a little. It was way to heavy for a small guy like me. It was very fast. Ate tires quickly. I kept it a year, sold it, and bought my first Spyder (08 GS, SM5).
