• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Home from the hospital after the second, and more extensive, operation on my ankle Friday. I'll be non weight bearing for at least three full months, so no riding until fall at the earliest. Hope this one works out better!

 Ouch...
Keeping that ankle "non-load bearing" really stinks... I've been through it a couple of times also... :banghead:
Heal quickly and completely, and you'll be back on the bike soon!

It just won't feel as if it's soon enough... :yikes:

We're pulling for ya!!

But surely sitting on the seat of the Spyder would mean that your ankle's not 'weight bearing'?? You just gotta read between the lines on these things.

Hope per you get thru it all successfully & back on the Spyder with a 'full & complete' recovery as soon as you can. ;)

As much as I'd like to agree with you: I can't.
If they say "no weight": that's exactly what they mean. nojoke
I played fast and loose with "no weight" once, and it took me two years to heal up.
The second time, I played it straight. I was back on my feet in eleven Months...
It still sucked... but it sucked a heckuva lot less!

For the record, a collapsible crutch / walking cane fits nicely in the frunk. BTDT. As soon as the doc cleared me for a walking cast I was headed to the garage with my keys. :)

Heal fast and don't skip the physio.

Good to Hear.....

That your home ..:clap:now hang in there (literally) till you can ease some weight back on the ankle. Sorry to heat it will be so long but heal fast and heal well....

By the time your ankle can hopefully be weight bearing, the temps in Florida should be cooling off. Heal quickly and listen to your doctor...

Here's hoping that you heal as quickly as possible and that all goes well in the end.

I'm not going to feel sorry for you, I'm to busy feeling sorry for myself.
:joke:

Thumb surgery four weeks ago and one day after the stitches were out neck surgery. Ten stitches still in

as I write this.

You gotta be tough to get old. Right!

Jack

PS Hope your feeling better.

You must be real upset. You're going to be out of handball action for awhile after neck surgery.

Good luck and heal well to both you guys.

Jack,
Did you get the thumb busted in a another barfight?
:joke::joke::joke:

BOTH of you guys need to get healed-up!! :2thumbs:

You are so right. I think I miss handball more than riding. It's like having a full time head shrink. Keeps

me somewhat civilized and socially acceptable. IMOO
:D

Thanks,
Jack
