• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looks like TN will have a Spyder dealer. See if your state in on the list here.

I just found out that there will be a NEW DEALER in Downers Grove, Illinois.....Just a few miles from where I live. But I already ordered my Spyder SE5 from a dealer in Benton Harbor, Michigan.....BUMMER! :edit:

And, I think I like that red color.....crap! Oh, well.

OK, the red is real nice.

But, maybe I'm just an idiot: what's the "lucky list?"

Example: Massachusetts was one of the 11 states selling Spyders. Now they are on the Phase One list.

So what?

(Is there a list somewhere of "new" dealers that I missed?? Even if we're not gonna change our orders, it might be nice to get accessories or work done at a closer dealer than our seller.)

Hey, Lamont, I was just wondering what color you liked best. I know you own the Yellow, but now that they have the red, do you like the NEW color any better? And, would you switch if you could? I was justing wondering what your preference was. I may be asking the dealer to switch mine to Red if it is at all possible.

:agree:
I was determined to order yellow, and I still really like the yellow Spyders, but man, that is a sweet, sweet red. I'm still sitting on the fence. Think I will have to see a red one up close and personal to decide.

I like both the red and the yellow.
I guess Ill go put a deposit down and take the first one of those two theyll give me.

Maybe Ill have a red one with yellow fenders if someone want to trade fenders...LOL ;D

Red would match the trike you're riding now. ;D

Well, I kind of wanted to switch my order to RED, but then I received this email from my dealer:

Derwin-

They said that you can change it, there may be a price increase, and it will definitely delay your order, with no guaranteed arrival date available. I should receive some info back in the next day or so regarding possible price increases. My rep said that they were just notified yesterday of the new color, so there is not much info available on it.

So, that being the case, I told him that I do NOT want to change my order. Heck, I don't want to wait even 1 extra day to receive my Spyder! So, I'm sticking with the Yellow SE5.

Hey, has anybody else tried to CHANGE their order to a RED Spyder? I am interested to see if anybody got a different answer than I got. Thanks.

Derwin

Yes _ I changed the color but did not have a confirmed delivery date and the order was new. 2/18. I was late looking for an SE5. Guess I just got lucky.
