• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This was referenced in the Oct '14 issue of "Road Runner" -- the GGTaurus superbike reverse trike made in Switzerland. Features 1300cc four-cylinder BMW engine with 170 HP, six-speed transmission, top speed governor-limited to 137mph. Sounds like a very expensive trike for the few.

The official site is here: http://ggtaurus.com/

However it's only a teaser, no info. They had one on display at Bob's BMW which is a really big BMW dealer in MD and he has posted pic's (bigger and better than shown below) and specs here:

Here's a few photos from the 'net:

Stay Tuned.

Cool..!!

but this one has been around for a while. Your right way to expensive and without many of our features...

I got to ride one at Spyderfest. Cool but not comfortable, not that it was ever intended to be a touring machine. I knew I couldn't afford to buy it if I crashed it so I took it pretty easy.

HP & Torque!

Wow, the 1300 cc in-line 4 engine produces 175HP and 140 lb ft of torque! I wonder how long the rear tire will last on this one! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

You can buy a stable of Spyders for the price of one of these and it looks uncomfortable to sit on unless you like your chest dented...

That is Doc and Forrest's bike. They had it at a bike convention in Minnasota and then took it to Maryland. If you ask Forrest I'm sure he'll give you all the info you want. It feels the same as sitting on my GS

You caught me. Guilty as charged. I was impressed by the spec's and photos on Bob's BMW site and anxious to post it. Didn't do my due diligence and search SL for previous threads on it. Oh well, if that's the biggest mistake I made yesterday, I'm in great shape!

A ride, eh? I always knew you were special Ann, but now I know you're REALLY special.

You got to ride it! I will be having a conversation with Forrest since all I got to do was sit on it and watch it tear up my grass as he left.

No supporting network here yet

I tried to buy one a month ago, and contacted every entity I could from their website to dealers, etc.........and NO ONE got back with me on it. I sent emails, left voicemails......nothing.

That really scared me when thinking about customer support if I ever needed anything. :yikes:

 That ain't good... :yikes:
Unless the dealerships are "Self-Service", and you're allowed to just ride off with one, after leaving an envelope full of cash on the desk! :D
