• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

another bad road in Friesland, recorded with a wink ...
I don´t want to make the impression, that ALL roads around my home-area are this weird :-)
to the Lotus Elise at the end: the chase is better than the catch :)

Thanks for the vid Shockwave, & for the earlier 'Bad Roads' vid too, I enjoyed them both - but I've gotta ask..... where were the bad roads?? :dontknow:

Admittedly, our secondary roads here on Oz are usually a fair bit wider than those shown (altho we do have a lot of wide open spaces Down Under so it's easy to spread out a little ;) ) but those roads you were on are pretty reasonable when compared with many of our 'non-major highways', and downright phenomenally good when compared with a lot of our 'local roads' &/or minor roads!! Not many 'big potholes' &/or 'patches on top of patched patches', and you didn't seem to 'bottom out' even once! . And no 50mm deep sloppy 'bovine fecal matter' on the road as you passed the farm either.... where's the fun in slowing right down to bunch the group up tight before ryding thru that?!? :gaah:

Still, great countryside, and I do like those vids where you can actually hear the engine & the road noise without someone else's (possibly dubious?) choice of music drowning all the important stuff out! . So, Great stuff, good ryde! Thanks for sharing!

thank you Peter Aawen, of course there is no comparison to "down under" I made this clips with a wink ;)
and I like too the sound (and not the licencefree music from YT), but the problem is always the wind-noise by changing positions of the GoPro.
If you like the sound of my F3-S (with Akrapovic-muffler), have a look to the "speeding with a Spyder"-video
