• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

More air and my sickness

Well,
it never fails no matter what I am riding or driving I will end up modding.

I do not have any real plans to mod the looks of my spyder and I usually do not mod the exterior on any of my vehicles but I always mod the exhaust and intake and ecu.... unless were talking about my old 68 and in that case everything gets modded.

I have the exhaust I want (ordered HMF) and I am still reading up on which controller to get which brings me to more air. I keep searching google and other brands I find on these forums but it seems a couple of companies who made intake mods are not around or do not make them anymore?

Is kewlmetal the only option for increased air intake? and are they around anymore? looking for options to research thank you for your help.

P.s. anyone on these forums on the west coast of Florida? Dad and myself put 400miles out there today was a nice ride!! hot as heckfire but nice!

Kewlmetal is alive and well. Search the forums for air intakes, there's plenty of threads on that subject.

There's a Help Group for anybody who's addicted to modifying a perfectly good bike: Spyderlovers.com!
They won't help you stop; they'll just help you find the neatest stuff in the coolest places! :roflblack::thumbup::roflblack:

:agree: Yup, Bob is right. You will find them more "enabling" than "recovering from the addiction" ( see my admissions of the addiction in my signature line below - and that is just since MAY 2012)

In answer to your P.S.: there are several of us on the West coast of Florida, but we are way up in the Panhandle. If you are ever up this way, let us know.
