• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Don't tell BRP, but I'm really missing the heat that my RT throws at me right now.

You got that right! I've joked on the forum a few times that I am so glad I got a 2013 RT, as it is the only model year that comes with a heated seat as standard equipment. ;)

Watch it..!!

if the affected ones don't catch up to you the on coming summer will...:roflblack::roflblack: hope you won't be wishing for cooler days after this winter..:yikes:

-15...that is very cold for NY this time of year.

Crazy weather time again. We are near 40 above again today. The inch of snow we got two days ago has melted off.

Had to go into Anchorage yesterday. In about 90% of the locations, the snow has melted and the brown grass is showing. Not so lucky where I am, still snow on the ground and ice in my driveway. A quarter of a mile away, free, clear, and still waiting to fire the :spyder2: up for first ride of the season.

How Cold Was It?
At 60 degrees: Californians reach for their sweaters.
At 50 degrees: Floridians pull out another blanket.
At 40 degrees: British Cars refuse to start.
At 30 degrees: Alaskans go swimming.
At 20 degrees: Folks in South Carolina start crying.
At 10 degrees: Real Estate values in Arizona start looking
reasonable.
At 0 degrees: Canadians go swimming.
At-10 degrees: Residents of Michigan go to Football games.
At-20 degrees: Canadians will put on a Tee-Shirt.
At-30 degrees: Alskans will close the Bathroom Window.
At-40 degrees: Swedish cars refuse to start.
At-50 degrees: Canadians will bring in their lawn furniture; if
they can find it in the snowbanks!
At-60 degrees: The thought of cutting firewood actually becomes
pleasant.
At-70 degrees: You CAN watch daytime television!
At-80 degrees: The dog is under the covers with you. Even if he does
have fleas!
At-90 degrees: Politicians will put their hands in their OWN pockets.

One of my buddies is in Alaska on a ski trip now. He was bummed that where he was going was warmer and had very little snow compared to down here.:banghead:

That is the complaint here this winter. Businesses that depend on winter tourism and activities are lamenting the weather. Skiing and snowmobiling are not doing well.

First we had Global Cooling, then Global Warming, then Climate Change, and now... Climate Shift! :sour:

I also noted that CBS and ABC had stories over the weekend showing the lack of snow in Anchorage, and the start of the Iditarod race now moved to just South of Fairbanks (about 350 miles N) of the usual start. Fairbanks is about 200 miles S of the Arctic Circle. Still there are low snow conditions in some of the area. :yikes:

Down here in Alabama, the middle of last week we had lows in the 20s and highs in the 30s (I know I won't get sympathy), this weekend and into this week the highs are in the upper 60s. I'm not complaining, or at least I won't until it's 95 with 95% humidity.
