• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know if it's possible to just replace the mirror lens on the side mirrors of an '08 GS instead of the 'whole' mirror? I see they are only $20 online (Can Am site) so I'm thinking about buying it.

Lets see its been a year since I broke mine, however if I remember right what your seeing in the fiche is not a mirror lens. I wound up going to a local glass shop and had them cut me a mirror to shape and then glued it in. The only problem was the mirror they cut was a different magnification so things behind you appear closer and you lose field of vision.

Crap! Good thing you mentioned it. I just ordered 1 of the 'mirror lens'. I'm guessing it's just the cover lens for the light bulb in front of the mirror. I asked to cancel the order. Now, I'm not too sure how I would replace the mirror without replacing the mirror as a whole. Your idea of gluing a mirror seems interesting though. Heheh.

Mine is still holding and that is the way they were attached to begin with. Good luck with whatever route you take.
