• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Mirror extension comparison...

Curious!

I have the KewlMetal extenders.

I have never had any meaningful or noticeable mirror vibration with or before I got the extenders -- at any speed up to 75 or so.

This vibration issue has had some commentary on the board -- I wonder just how prevalent an issue it is?

Mine not only vibrated---- they moved. The KM units don't have the proper 3 notches on the bottom that is supposed to hold them in place.

Thank you all for the very good comments and recommendations on this thread and others on this subject. Probably my next purchase will be mirror extensions and I'd been looking at both these products. I appreciate the input.nojoke

Agreed....quite a difference and people shouldn't comment if they haven't tried both...

However, if someone is happy with their product, then no need to change.

I liked the KM product as it was, for a time, the only one available...but, as is the case with each generation of product, things get better and better...

ESI's mirror extensions are a better product, simply put...
