He bought the car for approx 1mil, it needed some repairs from an accident (he owns a business that rebuilds high end salvage cars) Insured the car for over 2 mil and drove it into Galveston bay a few weeks later. It was no accident and has now been proven fraud. The guy is going to prison. The actual incident was a couple years ago. He was not counting on a passer by have a cell phone camera and posting on YouTube.
