• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Miles and Wear on Tires

My guess is the slower the better. I ride around town mostly (no more than 45 mph on straights). I have a feeling my rears are gonna go beyond the median range.

I got 18,000 on back tire replaced it have 8,000 on 2nd rear tire started wearing in middle lower air pressure bedoing good to get 12,000 on it. Front tires have 26,500 still have good thread.

11,000 on the Kenda rear, 28,000 on Kenda front, still rolling on
Kumho Ecsta rear with 17,000 on it

your luck with the Kenda rear is fantastic. I feel they're too soft
and wear out too quickly.

I do check the air weekly, My fronts are like new. I took a 2000 mile trip to Fla. and the dealer said the rear still could get another 5000 may-be, but I didn't want to take a chance. That would have put almost 30,000 miles on the rear tire.:spyder2:

That is great mileage! What are you running for rear tire air pressure?
