• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

mileage pin

I applied for a 5K pin a year ago and again 3- 4 months ago and they finally arrived yesterday. They sent me 2 5k pins.

I completted my 25,000 back in September sent in my information 3 times I just got my pin yesterday I have over 33,000 miles now :yes::yes: jtpollock

Received my 5K pin in mail yesterday and did not do anything to get it. I think my dealer put in for it for me. just guessing.

BRP

I just received my 25,000 mile pin for my 2008 GS which I sold in March. I now have a 2013 RES with 900 miles, I did not have to apply for the pin. I think every time it goes to the dealer the mileage is sent to BRP.

An alternative: you can order mileage patches from Cat Specialties--a site vendor.
I sent for my 10K pin twice. Never received any. I have about 10,000 miles to go for my 25,000 mile pin. BRP just has poor customer service!!!!

UPDATE:

This is an older thread from 2012. What I posted then was the procedure. Now, you can go to their website, tell them what pin you want, and they mail it to you with no hassle.

That's what I did but I got the wrong pin I got a 25000 mile pin instead of the 5000 I requested.
