:congrats: Nice! I have had my 2014 for over a year and have about 13,000 trouble free miles on it. Since we live in Minnesota, it's been in storage over the winter, but temps were nice this week and took it for a ride. Battery tender over the winter and fuel stabilizer. Started right up - no problem.
Enjoy your ride - you will love it! BTW....like the color choice !!!!!
First ride of 2015 in Minnesota pics:
We love this color. It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures I had seen on-line. We rode 300+ miles roundtrip to pickup this beauty yesterday. The 1330 engine just purred coming down off the Cumberland Plateau. That trip was a strain for our 2010 Rt. We look forward to bringing it to Spyderfest.
See you have a trailer hitch - camper next?
Enjoy -beautiful Spyder!
Yes, the color is really cool....especially with the sun hitting it!
FYI - don't worry about your gas mileage right away.....my 2014 RT took about 1500 miles for the break in process...from that point, the mileage stabilized. I average between 35 - 40 MPG.....Best was around 42.5 MPG. This is a great improvement over my 2012 RT. What I like best about the 2014 RT engine/transmission is how quiet it is at cruising speed (55-60 MPH) and how much less vibration than my 2012 RT. My 2012 RT was a trouble free great machine....however, the 2014 RT is a "home run" and love riding every mile on it!
Enjoy your ride!!!:yes::yes::yes:
I met the guy who traded it in at the Knoxville Boat Show seemed like very nice people. We looked at the Slingshot not for me!
:congrats: with your 2014RT Limited, and to the COGNAC CLUB and the 1330 ACE CLUB. Let the farkling begin! WOHOO!
I had a 2012RTS-SE5 with 8,344 miles, so I took demo ride on a 2014RTS-SE6 the demo ride sold, so on July 30, 2014 I bought a 2014RTS-SE6 in Cognac, right now it is in winter storage waiting for the snow to melt, so I can ride( in the Northeast we still have a lot of snow) my current spyder( 2014RTS-SE6) has 2,988 miles on it, and I got 35 mpg, as gas mileage. You will like it, and you will have plenty of power. Deanna
