There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:congrats: Well when you ride together she will definitely have the gas stop advantage, She will be able to run 75/80 mph get 65 mpg and approx 260 mi. on 4.2 gal. of regular gas. Sounds like the Tortoise and the Hare to me...Good luck keeping up with her

Yep, I rode it- she's not licensed yet. It's pretty comfortable and the seat is ok but I have to bring the foot controls forward and extend the bars for her short (4'9") stature. We'll be changing the seat to from the 2 up to the solo- it's much more comfortable.
We've been looking at these and other options for quite a while. Visited a dealer for a good test ride last weekend and found this one with 1100 miles at 1/2 new price. It was at a local dealer so the tuned it, put in a new battery and made the buy easy by being an in state dealer.
For local riding this will be the perfect bike for her. For a 300 it has a great sound and good go. I wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen on it- and she is estatic!
